Julie Flohr received her Master of architecture at UCLA in 2000 and received the D.P.L.G. at the Ecole d’Architecture de Versailles in 1997. Prior to founding Oisse Architects, Flohr was a design architect with Garofalo Architects, Gensler, Vertu, Eva Maddox Associates, and Dani Karavan's studio.
Flohr is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois as well as in France. She was formerly full-time faculty at the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Architecture. She is currently an Associate Professor at the ENSA-Grenoble, France.
